TOYCON is coming and as an anime enthusiast, partly cosplayer (just started), collector as some point, and a person who have hobbies; I always wanted to plan things before I will attend such a huge event. I just found this out that a layout of the event area is out showing the floor plan of the 13th Philippine TOYCON 2014.
